What is Taiwan Rental Assistance?
At Taiwan Rental Assistance we act as an intermediary between the renter and the landlord/agent. The service we provide is to assist you in renting an apartment easily and smoothly. We don’t get paid by the landlord or agent, which means we work for YOU.
We know it is difficult to start a new life in Taiwan, and that when you first arrive you have many details to take care of. Finding a place to stay for the next few months or years will be the most important and urgent thing, and we will make this easy so you can focus on other details.
Home Search
Process
Step 1 Consultation: What kind of home would you like? We consult with you carefully so that we clearly understand what you are looking for.
Step 2 Search: According to your needs, we Search listings for possibilities. Then we send you a list of potential homes and you select some to visit. (clients generally chose a home within 5 visits.)
Step 3 Visit: We will visit the homes with you and assist your communication with the landlord (about the Rent, length Of stay, etc). we will also advise you if something seems out of the ordinary or suspect.
Step 4 Lease: Before You sign a contract, we will help clarify it for you and be sure you understand and agree with every term and condition.
Garbage Collection Service

Service Details:
- Once-weekly collection
- Up to 1 bags per collection (max 25kg each)
- Garbage must be placed outside your door
- Use official Taipei City garbage bags
- Recyclables should be sorted and packaged separately
