Hi, I am Ray, the founder of TRA.
I understand how difficult and stressful it is when you are looking for a place to live in a new country, with a new language, and you don’t know where to start. That is why I started this service. We have 5 years of experience and have helped more than 300 people find a new home. We know how the Taiwan market works and we will give you professional advice and assistance when renting an apartment here.
I suggest people use our service because we are ready to work for you to quickly and confidently find your ideal new home in this complicated market, while saving you a lot of time and effort. If we find a place thru a real estate agent, you will have to pay their fee. But most of our searches result in renting directly from landlords, in which case there is no fee.
