Loft room near Dapinglin MRT, all bills included, no deposit, women only

This is a private loft room in a three-bedroom home in Xindian. The bed is up in the loft, and the space below has a desk and office chair, a sofa, an open wardrobe with drawers and shelves, and a window. Air conditioning and internet are included. The room is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your own toiletries.

Rent covers everything: electricity, water, gas and internet, so there are no surprise bills and no deposit. You share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and the laundry balcony with the washing machine. The hosts take care of the trash.

The home belongs to two sisters, both university students, who live here too. Two international housemates, from the US and Thailand, also live here, and everyone is in their 20s. One of the four is a man, so the home is mixed, but this room is for women only. The hosts often organise a Mid-Autumn barbecue, a Christmas gift exchange, dinners and trips together. They know Taiwan's paperwork and daily rules well and are happy to help you settle in.

Three friendly cats live in the home. If you are allergic to cats, this room is not a good fit.

Dapinglin MRT station is a 7-minute walk away. The green line takes you to Gongguan station (NTU) in about 10 minutes. The home is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.
