How renting a room works
One flat fee of NT$4,000, paid when you sign. Hosts list for free, and there's no commission on top of your rent.

View it with us
Once you're in Taipei, we take you to see the rooms you like and translate everything with the host on the spot.
STEP 03
Sign and move in
We go through the lease with you line by line and explain how renting works here, from deposits to utility bills.
