What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, email, how to reach you, your move-in plans, budget, preferred areas and anything else you write.
- Messages you send us by email, LINE, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, including your name, phone number or account name, and any photos or files you attach.
- If you list a room through our host form: your contact details, the room details and photos.
- Basic, anonymous website statistics through Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, rough location).
Why we use it
- To reply to you, understand your search and help you find and rent a place.
- To show your room to tenants, if you are a host (we never publish your phone number or exact address).
- To improve the website. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- To run the website and receive messages we use: Tencent Cloud (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (Gmail and Analytics), LINE, Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger) and Sanity (host listings). They only process your information to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
- We keep your messages and details for as long as we are helping you, and afterwards for our records. Ask us anytime and we will delete them, unless we have to keep something by law.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing ray@tra-tw.com. We follow Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
