This is a private room in a shared flat in Yonghe, just across the river from Gongguan. The room is newly renovated and comes with a single bed, desk and chair, air conditioner, mini fridge, TV and a window that opens to the outside. A door leads straight out to the balcony, where the washing machine is.
Two other tenants live in the flat, both men. You share the bathroom with only one of them.
The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, and the bus takes about 10 minutes to Gongguan MRT station (NTU) and the NTNU area. Dingxi MRT station is about 20 minutes on foot. There is a public sports center nearby, and shared bikes are easy to find.
The room is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. The building has no trash collection service or package pickup, so you take your own trash out to the garbage truck.
